What is Holistic Psychotherapy?

As a whole being of consciousness, you are an integrative system of mind, body and spirit. These parts of you hold deep interconnected relationships that can’t be treated as separate entities.

Holistic psychotherapy helps you recognize the connections between your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and spiritual understandings. The more awareness you bring to these various parts of yourself, the more these parts can work in harmony to support healthier decision-making.

What does a
session look like?

Traditional psychotherapy sessions engage mainly in talk therapy to unpack what’s going on in the mind – client and therapist having verbal conversation. In holistic psychotherapy, alternative therapeutic modalities are also used in session to explore what is happening in the body and spirit, including techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, body psychotherapy and somatic inquiry.

Psychotherapy
vs. Coaching

Coaches can help you understand what your blocks are in present day and work with you to develop actionable tools to support in accomplishing your future goals.

Psychotherapists also do this, and in addition are trained to help you recognize how past events and experiences play a role in the unconscious patterns that may prevent you from showing up as your best self.

You have purpose. Let's unpack your story and help you live it.
